Video transcript: Hi, Joan. I'd just like to share a couple of things of what I'd loved most about being a member of the virtue crew. I have done virtual method one point o and I'm now doing the June program, which I'm absolutely loving. But what I like most out of both programs is one hundred percent the scheduling. I don't have to think about planning for the week, what I'm gonna be doing, I know I can just show up to the matte or to the gym and have a full program already laid out for me. So it helps me with my confidence and going into the gym knowing what I'm doing and knowing that it's been well for out evidence and tried and tested and I feel amazing every time I leave that gym. I'm actually holding my arm up with my other hand because I just did month three of the gym program and my arms are killing me. Just good sign. But, what I also love about training with Son is that it's more than just a gym program. You share with us a more holistic approach to health and fitness. I truly have felt that the moving meditations and the journal have transformed the way I exercise, which was something I was not expecting. But it's really given me the ability to reflect on things that are affecting my health and fitness beyond just my health and fitness goals. Which I hadn't thought about before. And it's definitely allowed me to bring what I need to enter the Gym to make sure I'm getting the most out of my my sessions. So for example, reflecting on, you know, why you get distracted at the gym, I'm really trying to focus some my breath and my focus and my gym workouts to ensure I get most out of them. And that was something that has come out of my journal link. So that's what I love most about training was shown it It's that it's holistic. There's more to it than just the exercises. There's the psychology and the evidence behind everything. Which definitely helps me understand why I'm doing what I'm doing and why I want to keep doing what I'm doing, And lastly, what I would say to someone who is just about to get started with the Virtue crew would be that you're getting a lot more than just a gym program with being a member of the virtue crew. You are getting health and fitness, you're getting psychology, support, encouragement, mindfulness, mobility, relaxation, breath work, there's so much that goes into these programs that are beyond just fitness, which makes that... Makes it possible for these to support long term fitness goals. Thanks Jonah.

Video transcript: Hi, S. I just wanna let you know. I love the birch method. It's great. I just like it because it's easy the timings that you do. I know sort of when to fit it in my schedule. So if it's like thirty five minutes or thirty six minutes. I know that you know, I can get it ready in five minutes and then do the session, and then I've got time to like, get myself out the door for whatever I need to get to. So time wise it's good. The moves, so it's simple moves that progress over time, that's basically really good. I quite enjoy that. And your voice is just nice listen too. Not everyone's is, but you've got good energy with it and it's calm. It's like a calming energy, but also like a nice sort of high energy as well. And, yeah, I always tell people to get your program because I just think it helps helped me with my back pain I had I was having spasms like up my leg. And so I think because I was doing a lot of cycling and sort of net that I was doing quite like high intensity stuff on the legs, but not strengthening them. So strengthening them has sort of led to those spasms going and also trying to get my posture better as well. So, yes. As much as I would... I'm sure people have got best stories for me. But definitely the spasms out the side of the leg into the back. That was not something I liked. So yeah, I I guess I'd love to have a session just chat with you about basically changes to like some of your moves that you do. Like I can't really do too many of the the burp. Too much anymore because of my knees. So I always amend them myself anyway, but... But, yeah, I just it'd be great but also, I'm sure there's other people that need it more than me. Just wanted to let you know. That I it Alright. Bye.

Video transcript: Hi, S. My name is Erin, and I have been doing a virtue method for about five years. I found your Instagram ages ago, and then I started doing your Youtube video through your channel. And I enjoyed them so much that I decided to buy your book. This is pre virtue method one. And so I did the twenty eight day program and But I liked so much about it is that I felt really strong, and I felt like for the first time following a program. Like, I had some direction. It took me a long time to like, find what worked for me in terms of fitness. I was definitely the type of person to, like, do random videos or, like, do the same thing over and over again because I liked it, but didn't really understand the concept of progressive overload. And I was well to my adult life when I found this. I was twenty seven, I think. And I had let knee pain. I couldn't do a full push up. Just like not as strong or as mobile as I wanted to be. Around the same time I started getting into hiking and climbing and I quickly realized that I needed it to be stronger. I needed to have stronger joints. I need to have kind of more more stability and more like, like, ankle strength, knee strength like ham strength to be able to, like, do these activities that I really liked. And so... And your program was something that was just easy to follow, and it made sense to me, especially when virtue method one came out, the progressive overload and like, oh, yeah, like, every two weeks, my body gonna adapt, and I can, like... It's gonna get a little more challenging and that is really exciting because then I can do it. And then by the end of those two weeks, it's a little easier and so it's gonna get more challenging after that. And I just felt... I felt really strong. For the first time. So, of course, by the time B method too rolled around, so excited about it. I did the home home one. And around the same time, I was looking for a career change and I was a teacher, the pandemic. I just burnt me out. And I was doing one of your virtue method two workouts One day, and I was like, oh, yeah. Like, people hey other people to help them work out and to keep them accountable and to to design programs like this. And so I got certified as a personal trainer. And now I work full time as a personal trainer and I design programs to help people and I implement the same, like, strategies and techniques that you infuse into all of your programs. I have your Gym program that I'm doing now. And I'm loving it. I'm in the third phase, or I I will start it this week. And like, it's just it's completely changed my life. Like your you... You and your program has... You've revolutionized the way that I think about movement and exercise, what exercises four hashtag longevity strength bone density having a a strong glut so that we can, you know, get on the... Good on and off the toilet without help when we're eighty. Like, all of these things have kept me going for five years, and I'm the fit I've ever been. And now I'm working full time in this role. Where I hopefully can help people as much as you've helped me. So hopefully, that wasn't too ramble. I I think what what you've done is kind of... What are the words? Like, you've made exercise not like, attainable achievable accessible, even accessible. And that's And that's huge. It's easy to follow. It's easy to understand. You've infused it with education about, like, different muscles, different joints, different different exercise principles. And that all of that helped me when I was studying to become a personal trainer, There were a lot of things that I knew about already because of you. And... Yeah. Now I'm Now I'm helping people do the same thing. So thank you first and foremost. And I am so... I'm so happy. I'm so happy I found you. I'm so happy that you've continued to produce content and both free as well as these programs and please keep doing it, Please. Please put out a virtual method certification so that I can get certified in the virtue method and then I can, like, bring it to my clients in a more concrete way than I'm already doing, of course. Okay? That was a lot, but I have nothing, but, you know, good good things to say because it really has been Yeah. Life altering. Okay. Thanks.
